The Paralympic Council of Malaysia (PCM) is the national governing body responsible for the development, promotion, and administration of para sports in Malaysia. Established in 1989 as the Malaysian Council for Rehabilitation, the organization later evolved into the Paralympic Council of Malaysia to better reflect its role in supporting athletes with disabilities and overseeing the country’s Paralympic movement.
